Referencing the Portuguese word "linha" meaning "line," our Lina blue-striped bowl is a testament to the artistry of the Portuguese artisans who handcraft each piece. Each stoneware low bowl is trimmed and polished by hand before receiving a coat of off-white reactive glaze. Once fired, the ceramic artists hand paint a dark matte blue stripe along the rim before a second firing. The results enliven the rustically shaped bowl with a unique display of flecks and free-flowing lines.
