Roasted Cherry Tomato Hummus

Enjoy an exquisite roasted cherry tomato hummus, full of flavor and creamy texture. We'll show you how to prepare and present it in a visually appealing way so that every bite is a unique experience.
ingredients
- 200g Cherry Tomatoes
- 30ml Olive Oil
- 2g Salt
- 1g Black Pepper
preparation
Mix the ingredients, then place them on a baking tray and roast in the oven at 375°F (190°C) for 20 to 30 minutes.
hummus ingredients
- 470g Cooked Chickpeas
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- 60ml Olive Oil
- 40ml Lemon Juice
- 2 tbsp Tahini
- 200g Roasted Cherry Tomatoes
- 5g Salt
- 2g Black Pepper
preparation
Step 1: Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. If needed, add a little chickpea water to help with blending.
Step 2: Pour the mixture into a piping bag and cut the tip diagonally to serve it on a flat plate. In our case, we used the Welcome II plate.
Step 3: Garnish the hummus as you like. You can add roasted cherry tomatoes, edible flowers, or seeds of your choice.
