Enjoy a delicious roasted cherry tomato hummus, full of flavor and creamy texture. We’ll show you how to prepare and present it in a visually appealing way, making every bite a unique experience.

ingredients

  • 2 large avocados
  • 200g Greek yogurt
  • 10g cilantro
  • 10g chives
  • 20ml lemon juice
  • 5g salt
  • 1g black pepper
  • Crudités

preparation

  1. Blend: Add all the ingredients to a blender. Process until you achieve a smooth, creamy texture.
  2. Pipe: Pour the mixture into a piping bag and cut the tip diagonally to serve it neatly onto an oval plate—we used the Tondo Acacia.
  3. Garnish: Decorate to your liking with carrots, cucumbers, edible flowers, or seeds of your choice.
